Coolroom hire offers a convenient solution for event hire businesses, providing temporary refrigeration units to keep perishable items cool during events, ensuring the freshness and quality of food and beverages.

Forget the hassle of fridge space and melting ice – our Coolroom ensures ample storage for your food and drinks, keeping everything refreshingly cool for your guests.

Versatile for Many Events:

  • Featuring walk-in access with a rear door and ample shelving.
  • Recommended for events with 50–100 people.

Hire Period: Our standard period is 4 days. For optimal cooling, we recommend a minimum 24-hour preload before your event.

  • Day 1 – Delivery & Preload: We deliver the coolroom, allowing you to preload for your event.
  • Day 2 – Event Day: The coolroom is ready for use during your event, ensuring drinks and food stay refreshingly cool.
  • Day 3 – Remove Leftovers: Remove leftover items and prepare for collection.
  • Day 4 – Collection: We collect the coolroom, completing the hire cycle.

Unit Specifications:

  • Our units run on a standard 240v power outlet, 10amp mains/generator, with a 15m power extension cord included.
  • Quiet and efficient operation.
  • Due to insurance terms, BTS manages delivery, setup, and collection.
  • Internal measurements: 1.5m (width) x 1.8m (length) x 1.6m (height).

Security Note: Coolroom hire does not come with a lock; please provide your lock for load security.
