Estate Tuscany – Hunter Valley
Stacey and Matt, what can I say! Amazing, kind, grateful, awesome. Legends. So many words to describe these guys.
Stacey is the kind of bride where you’re truly sad that your time together, filled with phone calls and messages, has come to its inevitable conclusion. After almost 2 years of contact, their day finally arrived.
These legends were one of our many couples affected by COVID’s restrictions circa 2020. Like many, their wedding, originally planned for the springtime of 2020, was put on hold.
In the autum of 2021, their big day arrived, and what a wedding it was.
The wedding of Stacey and Matt saw team BTS spend 2 nights away in the Hunter Valley. The installation was no small feat. With two trucks jam-packed to the brim of hire goodness, it was our largest installation to date, with 15 lounges, 16 coffee tables, 14 rugs, 100m lighting, an arbour, bar tables, + stools, cushions, textiles, lanterns and more.
It was a huge few days for team BTS, but as always, it’s worth every minute to see the couple loving what we created for their special day.
With wild and windy weather and a period of rain that saw the entire installation be moved undercover by guests, we hustled hard to reset and restyle before the bride and groom made their grand entrance. A huge thanks to the legendary ladies who helped!
Cause baby, you’re a firework
The highlight of the evening was seeing the late-night fireworks exploding in the clear night sky. Just spectacular.
The pack down
Bump out of the above-mentioned motherload of rentals commenced at 11.30 pm and a temp of 6 degrees. After a mammoth pack up, we tucked ourselves into bed around 3.30 am, and at gentle 3 degrees, we were definitely ready for bedtime stories.
Thanks to Stacey and Matt for having us along. It was an honour to assist your special day.
